The majestic machines in question are the 300 bhp Hypercat, Europe’s fastest boat – and the incredible Honda Racing Powerboat. Your expert instructor will give you a safety briefing and show you the ropes first, and then it’s your turn to take the wheel and fly through the air off the crest of each wave!
