An irresistible combination of Green & Black’s chocolate, unlimited bubbly, martini making and wine tasting…and that’s only the first half. Simply put, the workshop is a must for all true chocoholics!
The three hour workshop begins with cocktail making. Blend your own milk chocolate martini and decadently dip your glass in melted chocolate. Later you will taste exquisite chocolate from around the world, including a sample from the rare Criollo bean and infuse, pipe, dip and decorate fresh vanilla cream truffles. You will watch Master Chocolatiers prepare gooey American style chocolate fudge. Shape, cut and decorate the fudge with luxurious toppings such as gold sugar, crystallised rose petals and caramelised hazelnuts to create handmade treats. You will also try your hand at being a connoisseur: pair dessert wines with fruit infused truffles, flavour chocolate with the most original combinations and experiment with chilli, orange, fig and rose. You will enjoy unlimited bubbly throughout the workshop and package your chocolates in ribbon tied bags to take home!
