This informative and entertaining gold skid control course begins with a theory session given by our expert instructor. Building on the bronze and silver sessions, you’ll get more information on the benefits and drawbacks of driving aids such as Electronic Stability Control, and a recap of oversteer and understeer techniques. You’ll then move on to learning how to take evasive action with and without ABS, conduct a downhill on ice exercise, then cover emergency stopping on slippery road surfaces. Once again, timed runs are employed to measure how much your driving skills have improved, with more difficult track setups used for the gold course.

A full valid UK or European driving licence needed. Minimum height is 1.57m (5ft 2") and the maximum height is 1.93m (6ft 4"). The maximum weight is 114kg (18 stone). Up to 4 students per instructor. Subject to room in the vehicle, spectators wishing to ride with the drivers will be charged an extra fee.
