Learn the art of chocolate making and create handmade treats in this indulgent workshop! How it works: Firstly you will get a basic introduction to chocolate-making, with the emphasis on creativity and fun. Chocolatiers will entertain you with the magical legends of chocolate. You will watch the ultimate exotically flavoured chocolate made before your eyes – and then get to try it! You will discover the process from bean to bar – could this be the first time you sample raw cocoa nibs and 100% pure chocolate? Later you will make and decorate a personalised Green & Black’s bar or giant Green & Black’s chocolate button. After a demonstration by the Chocolatier, it’s your turn to get creative as you work in pairs to make dark chocolate truffles from raw ingredients You will create your own handmade chocolates from rich dark chocolate ganache, milk chocolate praline, bowls of melted Green & Black’s and decorations including white chocolate flakes, coconut, 100’s and 1000’s and cocoa powder. Everyone will make approximately 15 -20 handmade chocolates (it all depends how big you make ‘em). Finally package your chocolates in ribbon tied bags and take home.
