How do I buy online?
1. Browse through the website and select the activity you want.
2. Click on ADD TO CART, then go back to browse for more. Or, click on NEXT to start your buying process.
3. Choose the RECIPIENT of the activity and click on NEXT to continue.
4. Review your item before to complete the purchase. Click on NEXT to continue.
5. Choose the PAYMENT method and then click on PURCHASE to complete your order.
6. Pay and confirm your order.
7. Receive the eVoucher immediately and cost free!

Can I book an activity on exact date and time?
Yes you can! All the information you’ll need to book, including contact details for the experience supplier, will be inside your eVoucher.
You’ll be able to book your chosen activity directly with the activity supplier for a mutually convenient date (remember that experiences must be booked in advance and are always subject to availability).

Are there any restrictions on taking part in the activities?
If any restrictions apply, they are clearly stipulated in the activity description.
Some of our activities (typically driving or flying experiences) have weight or height restrictions, which are usually dictated by the vehicle or aircraft in which the experience will take place. Others may have an age restriction for insurance or legal reasons.

What if I need some more information about the activity?
If you need some more information, our activity suppliers are always happy to answer any questions you may have regarding their venue, experience format, equipment or restrictions. If you have any specific queries or concerns, please contact the supplier directly by using the contact information inside the activity description.

Which payment methods do you accept?
You can pay online either with your credit and debit card or using your PayPal account.
You'll be able pay with a credit card without signing up for (or signing in to) a PayPal account.

How will I receive my activity voucher?
Purchased activity vouchers will be immediately sent to your indicated e-mail address. This is super quick and cost-free!

Does my voucher have an expiry date?
Yes. All vouchers are valid for 12 months from purchase. Your expiry date can be found on your eVoucher.
